Chủ đầu tư công trình trái phép "trăm tỉ" tại TP Biên Hòa, tỉnh Đồng Nai cho rằng "không nắm được quy định" nên đã xây cả công trình đồ sộ nguy nga

Liên quan việc Công an tỉnh Đồng Nai đang tiếp tục thu thập hồ sơ điều tra dự án Khu phức hợp thương mại dịch vụ và căn hộ cao cấp tại số 15 Đồng Khởi, phường Tân Tiến, TP Biên Hòa, tỉnh Đồng Nai ngày 21-10, phóng viên Báo Người Lao Động đã có cuộc trao đổi với ông Nguyễn Sơn Đằng - Chủ tịch HĐQT Công ty CP Xây dựng dân dụng công nghiệp số 1 Đồng Nai-chủ đầu tư.

Theo đó, ông Đằng thừa nhận sai khi xây cả công trình lớn mà chưa có giấy phép xây dựng, tuy nhiên cho rằng đó là do "nóng vội, không nắm được quy định" (?!). Cũng theo ông Đằng, khu đất này vốn được giao cho công ty (30% vốn nhà nước) từ nhiều đời HĐQT, giám đốc trước. Trước đây, công ty thuộc quản lý của Sở Xây dựng, sau đó chuyển giao cho Tổng Công ty Phát triển khu công nghiệp Sonadezi quản lý. Vị đại diện chủ đầu tư công trình cho biết hồ sơ thực hiện công trình ở mức "gần hoàn thiện", trong thời gian cách đây vài năm do nóng vội và không nắm rõ quy định nên đã cho tiến hành xây dựng công trình.
