CafeLand - Dù đã có nhiều cảnh báo và không ít người cũng đã nếm trái đắng, nhưng cơn sốt đất và dự án ma vẫn đang “chiếm sóng” thị trường trong những ngày đầu năm mới.

Sốt đất và dự án ma

Nhiều ngày qua, báo chí liên tục phản ánh tình trạng cả nghìn người khắp nơi kéo đến xã Bình Ba (huyện Châu Đức, Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu) để mua bán đất sau khi có thông tin một doanh nghiệp lớn đang chuẩn bị đầu tư ở đây.

Cụ thể, vào cuối năm 2019, doanh nghiệp này đề xuất thực hiện trung tâm thương mại và cửa hàng kinh doanh cho thuê kết hợp nhà ở trên khu đất rộng 2,2ha. Ngoài ra, doanh nghiệp cũng đề xuất thực hiện dự án khu đô thị công nghiệp chế tạo, sản xuất công nghệ cao rộng 800 ha nằm dọc quốc lộ 56 thuộc địa bàn xã Bình Ba.

Mới đây, khi tập đoàn này được tỉnh chấp thuận khảo sát, nghiên cứu đầu tư thì cơn sốt đất bùng lên. Dòng người lũ lượt đổ về đây săn đất. Trước tình trạng trên, UBND nhân dân huyện Châu Đức đã phải ra văn bản khuyến cáo người dân tỉnh táo, không bị tác động bởi hiệu ứng đám đông, tham gia đầu cơ đầu cơ đất.
