Bất đồng giữa chủ đầu tư và cư dân
Đầu tháng 7/2019, cư dân toà nhà Park 4 (5B2), chung cư Eurowindow River Park (xã Đông Hội, huyện Đông Anh, TP. Hà Nội) có đơn kiến nghị đến Công ty TNHH Thăng Long, Sàn giao dịch bất động sản Eurowindow Holding, Ban quản lý toà nhà Euro Home liên quan đến một số vấn đề bất cập tại dự án này. Trong đó cư dân phản ánh về việc phí trông giữ xe ô tô tại đây quá cao so với quy định.
Anh Nguyễn Văn Đam (cư dân toà nhà Park 4) cho biết, hiện nay, chủ đầu tư thu phí gửi xe ô tô 1,2 triệu đồng/tháng, trước đó là 1,5 triệu đồng/tháng.
Căn cứ Quyết định số 44/2017 của UBND TP. Hà Nội quy định về giá dịch vụ trông giữ xe đạp, xe máy, ô tô trên địa bàn TP. Hà Nội: “Đối với dịch vụ trông giữ xe được đầu tư bằng nguồn vốn ngoài ngân sách nhà nước (bên trong các toà nhà chung cư, các trung tâm thương mại, các bãi đỗ xe…), chủ đầu tư căn cứ chi phí thực tế tại từng điểm trông giữ phương tiện giao thông để xây dựng mức giá theo hướng dẫn tại Thông tư số 25/2014 của Bộ Tài chính và quyết định lộ trình điều chỉnh giá dịch vụ trông giữ phương tiện giao thông nhưng không được cao hơn mức giá quy định tại mục I phụ lục đính kèm, tránh gây tác động ảnh hưởng tới đời sống nhân dân”.
