UBND TP. Hà Nội vừa có quyết định phê duyệt Quy hoạch chi tiết xây dựng Khu nhà vườn sinh thái và sân tập golf Vân Tảo, tỷ lệ 1/500.
Theo phê duyệt, khu đất nghiên cứu quy hoạch thuộc xã Vân Tảo, huyện Thường Tín, phía Bắc giáp đường tỉnh lệ 427; phía Đông và phía Bắc giáp xã Hồng Vân, doanh trại của Lữ đoàn 239 và đất nông nghiệp xã Vân Tảo; phía Tây Bắc giáp Trung tâm huấn luyện và Bồi dưỡng nghiệp vụ, Tổng Cục VIII – Bộ Công an và đất nông nghiệp.
Quy mô nghiên cứu quy hoạch chi tiết khoảng 66,09ha. Trong đó, quy mô lập quy hoạch dự án khoảng 63,95ha; quy mô nghiên cứu nằm ngoài ranh giới lập quy hoạch dự án khoảng 2,14ha.
Khu vực nghiên cứu lập quy hoạch dự án gồm 3 khu đất công trình công cộng, dịch vụ thương mại có diện tích 5,9ha; 2 khu đất văn phòng 0,79ha; đất nghỉ dưỡng 19,4ha; đất cây xanh mặt nước 20,9ha; đất hạ tầng kỹ thuật 0,3ha; đất giao thông 15,98ha; đất cây xanh cách ly 0,6ha.
UBND TP. Hà Nội giao Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư phối hợp với các sở, ngành, đơn vị liên quan hướng dẫn Công ty CP Sapa Vân Tảo lập hồ sơ đề xuất dự án; lựa chọn nhà đầu tư theo quy định.
Công ty CP Sapa Vân Tảo có trách nhiệm tổ chức lập, phê duyệt hồ sơ thiết kế cắm mốc giới để thực hiện cắm mốc giới ngoài thực địa.
